What You’ll Be Doing?

As a key member of the Early Learning Team, you will:

• Facilitate an engaging curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, tailored to each child’s development.

• Capture children’s learning through purposeful observations and assessments to inform individualised planning.

• Create enriching indoor and outdoor spaces that spark curiosity, creativity, and exploration.

• Build and maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with families through consistent communication.

• Contribute to a supportive team culture through shared planning and a commitment to professional excellence.

• Maintain high standards of safety and regulatory compliance in line with NQS requirements.

What you’ll bring?

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• A genuine commitment to building meaningful relationships with children and fostering lifelong learning.

• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday) with full working rights in Australia.

• Strong knowledge of school readiness and exceptional communication/interpersonal skills.

• A collaborative, proactive, and professional attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.

• Ability to maintain high standards of safety and curriculum delivery.
