Senior Paediatric Speech Pathologist / Key Worker

Location: Southeast Victoria

What You’ll Be Doing?

As a key member of the Early Intervention & Therapy Services team, you will:

  • Deliver assessments, interventions, and family education to support children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Provide key worker support to families, helping children participate confidently in daily routines and learning environments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, speech pathologists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and educators.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior clinicians to strengthen clinical outcomes and professional growth.
  • Build meaningful partnerships with schools, kindergartens, and community organisations.

What you’ll bring?

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • At least 5 years’ paediatric experience (0–12 years) and 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Sound understanding of child development and experience supporting children with ASD, cerebral palsy, and developmental delays.
  • Strong assessment and intervention planning skills, with a family-centred, inclusive approach.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in ICT systems and experience with telehealth delivery.
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence, full working rights in Australia, and willingness to complete required pre-employment checks.
