Radical Recruitment is proud to partner exclusively with a respected independent community service organisation in Southeast Victoria to appoint a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist. About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be a key member of the Early Intervention & Therapy Services team, leading and coaching Allied Health professionals while delivering evidence-informed interventions, assessments, and parent education. You will provide key worker support to families across areas including social skills, motor development, daily routines, and emotional regulation, and build meaningful relationships with families, schools, and kindergartens through face-to-face and community-based engagement.
The role calls for someone who thrives in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment alongside OTs, speech pathologists, psychologists, physiotherapists, dietitians, and early childhood specialists.
What are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 5 years of paediatric clinical experience working with children aged 0–12.
- At least 3 years of experience supervising or leading staff.
- Strong knowledge of child development and conditions including ASD, cerebral palsy, and developmental delay.
- Expertise in assessment, intervention planning, and evaluation.
- Competence in ICT and telehealth service delivery.
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and full working rights in Australia.
- Willingness to complete pre-employment checks including NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, and WWCC.
