Radical Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded early learning service in Samford, QLD to appoint Early Childhood Educators across Certificate III, Diploma, and Graduate Diploma qualification levels on a full-time basis. We welcome applications from experienced Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Educators as well as Graduate Diploma-qualified candidates who are looking to build or develop their career within the Early Childhood Education sector.

About the Role

Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will contribute to creating engaging learning experiences that support children’s development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging. You will work in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework, building meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators in a centre that takes quality practice seriously.

What are were looking for?

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Graduate Diploma-qualified candidates seeking a career in Early Childhood Education are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
  • Current Blue Card or Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport. Please note that public transport is limited in the Samford area and personal transport is essential.
  • Full, unrestricted Australian working rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
