OSHC Area Manager

Radical Recruitment is partnering with a values-driven organisation in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs to appoint an experienced OSHC Area Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a genuine opportunity to lead and scale out-of-school-hours care services across a growing multi-site portfolio with a forward-thinking provider that puts children, staff, and community at the centre of everything they do.
About the Role
You will oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of OSHC services across multiple sites in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, working closely with site leaders to drive compliance, lift service quality, and build a high-performing team culture.
This is a role for someone who understands what good looks like in OSHC and knows how to bring others along with them. You will be the connective tissue between organisational strategy and on-the-ground delivery, supporting Nominated Supervisors and educators to do their best work while holding a clear line on governance and continuous improvement.
The organisation is in an active growth phase, which means the right person will have both the influence to shape how services are built and the opportunity to grow their own leadership career alongside the business.
What are were looking for?
- Demonstrated experience as a multi-site Nominated Supervisor or Area / Regional Manager within the OSHC or early childhood education sector.
- Deep working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and relevant state and national regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop site-level leaders and educator teams across multiple locations.
- Strong track record in compliance, quality improvement planning, and maintaining or achieving high NQS ratings.
- Experience embedding high-quality pedagogy and continuous improvement practices at scale.
- Confident communicator who builds trust with families, staff, and organisational leadership equally.
